If you’ve snapped a key in the ignition, lost all keys, or want a spare cut before your next ride, Terry’s Locksmiths can help. Please note: we do not provide mobile callout services for motorcycles.

Motorcycles must be brought to our Southport workshop, either ridden in (if operational) or transported on a trailer or via a carrier service. If needed, we can recommend local motorcycle transport providers.

For safety and equipment reasons, Harley-Davidson motorcycles must be brought to our Southport workshop for assessment and work. We do not attend motorcycles roadside or at residential addresses.

Why Harley Keys Are Model-Dependent

General Industry Guidance: Harley-Davidson motorcycles vary significantly by year and model. Some are purely mechanical key systems, while others incorporate security modules or fob-based components. Correct identification of the model and year is essential before work begins.

After Theft or Attempted Theft

If your Harley keys have been stolen or the bike has been tampered with, we recommend having the motorcycle transported to our workshop for proper inspection.

In many cases, this may involve re-keying affected locks, inspecting the ignition barrel, or replacing components to restore security.
