• Customer Review : I phoned for a quote which was $160 with another possible extra cost of $65 for a lock I hadn't decided to change or not. I double checked during the call when quoted that the gentleman understood what I needed and he did. We arranged a date and time etc he was calling my mobile which all went well. Prompt on time etc. I declined the ? $65 lock and instead added a deadlock on the door instead. I didn't check price of this but presumed it wasn't going to cost too much more. The guy who did the job was polite and professional and when finished he told me the price was $418 . I was shocked but am a little silly you could say I didn't ask why such a difference from the quote. My husband was furious and I guess I have learnt a lesson but that is not fair and I honestly felt ripped off and disappointed. Thank you for asking.
