It too him 30 seconds to use a bit of force to unlock my padlock with my key that I couldn't manipulate the lock with. Two more minutes to make up the account and receive my payment. Gone in under 3 minutes. Not much time for him to demonstrate anything except an attitude that seemed like indifference. I understand that a callout was made, but I will let everybody know that there is no personality nor a hint of empathy shown by Terry's Locksmiths.
