My husband had had a conversation regarding the $500 provided by insurance to change the locks and we were told by Mike we would struggle to get to that amount with the locks required. We then added changing the Patio door bolt locks as the burglars took keys and we were not sure which ones. The final bill was over $900 - I think it would have been appropriate that as the bill was adding up knowing the insurance was $500 We should have been advised. Are you able to split the invoice into two parts; 1. for supply and fit the change of locks 2. Supply and fit two door handles which we will hopefully be able to claim for under contents as the burglers broke them. Thanks . Jodie"
